He has been working at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts since 2016, where he provides design and art direction consultancy as well as project coordination for promotional materials used in productions and marketing.He presents creative ideas and proposals to various departments, guiding creative resources to achieve project goals while managing timelines and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.

In addition to his design responsibilities, he is part of the digital learning office, sharing insights on design theory, digital portfolio development, and contemporary topics such as the intersection of design, performing arts, and artificial intelligence. He actively attends seminars and talks related to art and education, keeping his work fresh, and impactful. He also organised various workshops for students to share new technology and insights related to design and performing arts for student development.
